Kamavedic sells Ayurvedic wellness supplements and related products. All products are manufactured under GMP certified conditions and formulated in compliance with applicable AYUSH guidelines. Our products are wellness supplements — they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (for prepaid orders) or confirmation by our team (for COD orders). We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship pan India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product name on the outer label. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery. Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of this payment option for your account.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
